The well-known Carter (a.k.a. Casey) is expected to bring years of executive experience to the Archdiocese.
Faith in the Future Foundation has named Samuel Casey Carter the first chief executive of a new foundation that is intended to manage high schools and special education institutions of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.

PHILADELPHIA, PA (Catholic Online) - Carter, 46, and a Pittsburgh native, was selected from a nationwide pool of applicants to become the new chief executive of the schools.

Carter is said to have unique experience in Catholic education that will prove valuable as he conducts his mission.

Carter's mission will be to help the schools grow both in enrollment and financially as they emerge from a lull which has plagued the system for the past decade.
